M1 - Kick Off Meeting
The first meeting is the General Preparation Meeting (M1) held on 29.05.2022 via ZOOM. All partners of the project partner were represented at the meeting. The total number of participants is 16.
  • Each project partner organisation introduced themselves and their regions,
  • The coordinator organisation gave information about the goals and program rules of Erasmus+ program for the 2021-2027 period,
  • We discussed the goals and objectives of the project, the results to be produced, target audience, duties and responsibilities of the partner institutions,
  • The coordinator organisation informed partner organisations about the interim report, financing rules, budget&time management,
  • We discussed the Project Management, Sharing and Promotion, Monitoring&Evaluation, Organizations (TPM, E, C) and work packages,
  • We decided on the profile and features of the people to employ at the work packages,
  • We decided on the activity plan and the measures to take against possible risks.
