The second Multiplier Event of the Project was held on 19th October 2023.  The second of five conferences planned within the scope of the project was organized by the Mavi Pencere in Turkey. At the conference, the intellectual outputs prepared within the scope of the project were introduced and evaluations were made. Enriching the conference with its presentations; we would like to thank Gökhan KAYA, the President of the Mavi Pencere Special Education Association, Prof. Dr. Yusuf Gümüş, Doç.
